Monthly Services/Classes Scope of Services The services provided by Hollywood Casting Studio include (monthly subscriptions/classes). All services are detailed in the respective agreements or invoices provided to the client prior to service commencement. Payment Terms a. Monthly Membership Subscriptions/Classes: Payments for subscription services are due on the first dated invoice from service commencement. Failure to remit payment within 24 hours of the due date may result in suspension or termination of services. Cancellation and Refund Policy a. Subscriptions: Cancellations must be requested at least 2 days before the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services rendered in a previous billing period. Service Modifications Hollywood Casting Studio reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, or terms with 10 day notice to the client. For ongoing subscriptions, any adjustments will take effect in the next billing cycle following notice. Dispute Resolution In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably through written communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to mediation in Los Angeles. California ], in accordance with California state law. Limitation of Liability Hollywood Casting Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Termination of Services Hollywood Casting Studio reserves the right to terminate services for any client with written notice, or immediately in the case of non-payment or breach of these terms.
